So I realize I’ve been missing from Tumblr for a bit, but here’s a quick little update.
I went to summer camp all last week and had the time of my life. Not only that, but I ate incredibly healthy every single meal minus a splurge on a dessert once or twice. Every morning was the same, a bagel and a heaping pile of fruit salad. Every lunch was different, but they always had a salad bar open so I had a bowl of salad with every lunch and dinner. I even got to try kale for the first time. The only time I had meat last week was a single hamburger. Other than that it was tofu, which was surprisingly yummy. There was also a lot of beans, for example, chili, and clean nachos. As for midday snacks there were grapes and bananas usually.
During the drive-in movie we all got normally portioned bags of unsalted popcorn, so even that was good.
I’m incredibly happy with how well I ate last week!
I just need to keep it up.
