It’s official. I have fallen off the healthy wagon.
Had some friends over last night, and we snacked ALLLL night long.
I’m talking gushers, peanut butter cups, ghirardelli squares, sour patch kids, frosted cookies, pizza, popcorn…Definitely regretting it.
But I woke up this morning and ate fruit salad for breakfast. And a bagel thing with peanut butter for lunch.
And I plan on working out tonight. I didn’t yesterday, or the day before, because I was super tired from working 8 hours at work. Which is honestly a workout by itself.
Any tips on keeping myself motivated? Or helping me to not feel like a pile of shit after a rough binge?
Food Journal 6/14/13
Breakfast: Bagel thin with peanut butter, 1 sliced banana, and 3 strawberries.
Snack: Blueberry/Raspberry/Pomegranate smoothie
Lunch: Salad with ham, cheese, and sugar snap peas
Snack: 1 Banana (for energy during my run)
Exercise: 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 2:15 plank, and then ran a mile in 7:26.
Not too shabby, although my stomach is killing me.
But that might be because I’m hungry.
A nice little salad for dinner, and maybe a granola bar, and then I’m off to graduation to play Pomp and Circumstance for this years seniors.
Not a bad day, as far as being healthy goes.
